Our shut off is ‘pending’ apparently. We just need to be able to extend our service for a few weeks so my other half can work from home. I’m unable to go to work, so we need his income desperately. Please help us. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam we were due to change broadband providers to BT today but we have been told to self isolate by the track and trace app so that’s can’t happen. Is there any way to stop our sky broadband being turned off today?? We are looking at being without internet for weeks 😭
