@BTP Is the Bedford crash related to the earlier incident at around 4pm near Letchworth? My train was stopped at Welwyn Garden City at around 3:15pm and taken out of service at 3:40pm, so wonder if it's related? #bedford

With regards to the crash in Bedford, the @TLRailUK train we was on was stopped at Welwyn Garden City at around 3:30pm, where we were told their was an electrical failure near Letchworth, train was then put out of service at around 4pm, where taxis were laid on for us. #bedford
