@MrSonicPauly Hi there! Incorrect names can be tricky to change! Most Airlines will not allow full name change (more than a couple characters), so a new ticket is often the best option. This is where the airline T&Cs come into play, and these apply to all passengers, including FC Customers.
@beatdown155 Hi Damien, sorry to see you're not happy. Change & cancellation fees are set by the airline & advised prior to booking, alongside the Flight Centre processing fees. These require acknowledgement from customers prior to any payment. I hope this clarifies further for you.
