@niranjansa Hi Niranjan, our Customer Experience team has received your email and is currently working on the matter as noted. We will ensure we add your recent post to your case and note that a follow-up is required.
Thank you for your comment.
We agree that customers should not be left feeling caught between service providers when seeking assistance with their travel arrangements. As the booking agent, Flight Centre's role is indeed to engage with supplier partners on behalf of our customers, and that is precisely what our teams do when managing these cases.
However, it is equally important to provide customers with accurate information regarding the nature of airline-controlled bookings and the processes involved in implementing changes. Explaining where a restriction, delay, or decision originates is not an attempt to pass responsibility, but rather to provide transparency around factors that may be outside of Flight Centre's direct control.
@Bron_Hume Hi Bronwyn. Kindly email the Customer Experience Team at [email protected] to escalate the matter if it was booked in store and call 087 740 5105 if you booked online so our support agents can look into the matter and provide you with the correct information and support.
@qatarairways@niranjansa /we are sorry to hear about your experience. Please provide us with your contact details, and we will get a Customer Experience Expert to assist you. Alternatively please send them a email on [email protected].
