Taxing unrealised capital gains is a stupid idea; there is no way to sugar coat it.

Taxing people in liquid cash, for an asset that is not sold, means people will have to find cash they do not have to hold an asset.

That destroys investing completely. It also destroys innovation and incentive. Nobody would bother starting a company or buying one in Australia.

If you have a super account, or own your own home, you should be worried.

It will destroy Australia. It is just basic common-sense.

Maybe the government should stop wasting so much money instead.

This is not a big vision, it is a big mistake.

The glass now has no home after the March25 closure of only flat glass producer in Australia. Our competitors are downcycling to concrete

I can't believe Elmer Fudd has not been tackled on his $10b for 100,000 new homes.

The average price atm for a standard 24sm home is $360k to build.

Block of land is $500k.

Yet miraculously, Elmer is going to do it for $100k.

This is after not building ONE house this term.
