PRCC student Laura Grave didn't rest during her break, instead entering a Crossfit competition - her first - which she promptly won, outshining over 60 other participants! She also lifted the heaviest weight of all competitors! What an amazing effort! Congratulations, Laura!

Last week was Reconciliation Week, and in Mt Gambier three FURHSA staff members voulnteered at the Pangula Mannamurna World No Tobacco Day Games. The focus this year was on improving cardiovascular health, and living a happier, healthier life without tobacco. What a great day!
