I don’t think it’s too early to be talking points mainly talking about those who are already behind.
Using the NFL example when your 4 weeks in and a “expected contender” is 0-4 you’re definitely talking about their playoff hopes
@ItsBristolBaby Love Bristol, but its a crock of you know what that my 1.5 year old daughter is required to have a ticket for the game and can’t get in free. $115 for her to literally just get into the gates.
We weren’t aware until we were in town so had to buy what was ever left on seat geek
@SiriusXMNASCAR not that we think Willy B wins shouldn’t count because end of the day you cross the line 1st you earned it not many were quality wins yes he was upfront but only had the best car 1 or 2 times. Similar to the eagles being a bad 10-1 could’ve lost 4-5. #TMDNASCAR
I agree with Pete, I feel like what holds back the spring Bristol race is the weather history. Look at the last 10 years when the race is in March I bet 7 of 10 got ran on Monday. Push it to May in a hope for better weather. #TMDNASCAR
It’s #CocaCola600 week! Follow @cocacolaracing and RT for a chance to win this 2022 Victory Lane hat autographed by yours truly. Let’s get back there this year! #CokePartner
@TheMikeBagley@NWBSpeedway@SiriusXMNASCAR I think that a points paying race would work, a 400 lap race would force strategy even without cautions.
Also hope to see the xfinity cars on the track they would probably put on a great race there!
@PPistone@SiriusXMNASCAR I think it’s was a racing deal, with 20 to go Denny might try to check up. I think on the last lap it was just hard racing Larson got loose coming off of 2 and Denny wasn’t going to lift on the last lap. Totally fair and I think Larson would agree based on Chicagoland 2018.
@SiriusXMNASCAR Pete, Dale Sr. only won most popular driver once in 2001 Bill Elliot was wracking them up until then. I do agree Joey is a great guy but I think first couple of years of his career Joey is why he’s not widely celebrated how he should be #tmdnascar
@SiriusXMNASCAR This has been going on forever. I believe RCR entered Neil Bonnet into a race at Atlanta in the early 90’s just for him to drop out to lock up a championship for Sr. How many times have we seen someone become harder to pass to help a teammate #TMDNASCAR
@SiriusXMNASCAR I think that the biggest problem with Bristol Spring race attendance is the history of it getting rained over the last 8 years or so. How many times has it been ran on a Monday? Could they push it to May maybe help with the weather?
@SiriusXMNASCAR I like Coreys idea of voting for a money lap in a round and not telling the drivers what lap until the end of the round. Instead of money reward how about the winning driver starts on the pole for the last round. #TMDNASCAR
@thecosmicpossum@dennyhamlin Thank you! I would love to hear the stat about how many times in the last 10 years the spring race is ran on Monday. That’s why the seats are so empty for the spring race, no one wants to pull the trigger until they see the weather.
