@maybectrlfreak Don’t buy jerkmate premium if you respect OG Jerkmate players. It’s more than a skin; it’s a symbol of their early commitment and grind. Let them keep their exclusivity.
If you make life changing gains from my project and don't sell I will be offended. I will work hard enough to absorb your sell pressure with new community members. Don't be dumb. ️🔜
ok I need BURGERS TO GO UP. like VERY SOON. I cant take this anymore. every day I am checking BURGERS and it is staying the same. every day, check BURGERS, same. I cant take this anymore, I have over invested, by a lot. it is what it is. but I need the BURGERS to GO UP ALREADY.
Hot take: Cringe tax/ape tax on projects is actually beneficial for the space.
Mints like @burgersart or @MiladyCult implementing a 10–20% “ape tax” are fascinating to watch:
• Half the people think it’s hilarious (rightfully).
• The other half is pissed about it (but still ends up minting and paying the extra).
What the ape brain often misses:
1) You can spin up a new wallet and bypass the tax (lmao).
2) You shouldn’t be minting from your BAYC hot wallet “vaults” in the first place.
The tax is a form of negative reinforcement - you’re literally paying extra because of your own stupidity and bad OPSEC. And you should unlearn that behavior.
I think more projects should implement an ape tax, but I’m afraid even that won’t help much. Ape brains aren’t exactly known for being good at braining, are they?
