@EtihadHelp This is appalling, 60 days that I am contacting you, you claim that you respect the law in your terms and conditions but you do your best not to give the compensation required by law for delayed / cancelled flight. I thought that Etihad was a serious company

@EtihadHelp According to Directive (EU) 2015/2302, have to offer me a similar solution, even if departure is significantly delayed, I can leave in a later date but will need to have to give me accommodation option, this was not part of my budget
