@PersimmonHomes I am more than frustrated. It has been two nights, very little sleep. It is ruining our first Christmas in our home. Please do something more than leave messages with people that get ignored.
@PersimmonHomes Good morning Lottie. I'm sorry but I am not assured. It is nearly 48 hours since we first raised this, and despite being told someone was on their way, no one has attended the site yet. What is your plan? Who are the 'relevant team'?

@FloodSkinner We have received an update to say that someone is on their way to the site to resolve the issue now. Hopefully they won't be too long.

Security guard on site just told us the alarms turned themselves off last night, so no one has yet turned up, well over 30 hours since this started. Disgraceful.
@PersimmonHomes The alarms are still going. Please can you let me know your (@PersimmonHomes's) plan to get them turned off? It is not acceptable to let them go all night on Christmas Eve.
@PersimmonHomes It is all over the site. It is all the evacuation alarms in each unit still being built, including the one next door to us. Last time you let them go for nearly 24 hrs, please don't let this happen this time, it's Christmas Eve.
