@KeithVeldhuis My Ss reflect through, “Now, Not Yet, and Next”. Ss reflect on what they learned and succeeded at (Now), what they still need to work at and are challenged by (Not Yet), and what steps and support are needed to improve (Next). This is how we begin to measure effort in my class.
