License issues due to machine ID changes are always handled by our technical support team, who will resolve them even if a year has passed since your purchase, because lifetime licenses need to work for as long as NinjaTrader exists. @outof0ptions Hi Michael Petrullo, it was good that you brought this up here so we could clarify the lifetime license. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes some of our customers don't understand and end up saying things they shouldn't and even threatening us, like you did.

A lifetime license confers the right to use the software for unlimited periods. However, free technical support and product updates are included only for the first year after the purchase. After that first year, to continue downloading the latest versions and receiving support, you need to purchase an annual support and updates renewal.

This policy is outlined on the Replikanto product page (https://t.co/3QK3qaGwn8), in order details (https://t.co/URghR6NG1T) and in our Terms and Conditions Sections 4 and 5 (https://t.co/w27u6Eb7fE) approved during the purchase.

Here’s a quick summary:
- Lifetime license = indefinite use of the NinjaTrader add-on.
- 1 year of free technical support and updates included.
- After a year, it is up to you to renew to get updates and assistance.

Even after purchasing the product, if you did not agree with the rules, you could have requested a full refund within 14 days. We would have granted the refund without asking any questions, as we always do.

Just one more thing, you said you paid US$300 for the Replikanto lifetime license. Just to clarify, you paid US$149, so there are no misunderstandings.

@tradesbyrina No, Replikanto cannot force the order fill on all the accounts, but you can use the exclusive Replikanto feature called Follower Guard to flatten your followers if they become out of sync. Please send email to us about issues or questions to get a better and complete replies.
