Am I missing something. Why have things just become so expensive over the last couple of years. Yesterday and the last week hit home. Gig t-shirts £55, beer in City Hall £8.25 a pint, Manchester last week similar. Sausage roll in a pub £5, on holiday in https://t.co/8HEMj8Esvh ice cream was £4.50 a scoop. Starting to vote with my feet. To top it all £1.50 to pump up my tyres, £1.50 for fresh air! 50p last year but I put that down to inflationary pressures.

Sorry £5 for a sausage roll is not ok. Everything has gone up 30-40% with the space of 2 years. A beer in the City Hall last year was £5.95 now £8.25 a 39% increase in less than 12 months. There's over pricing and just being robbed but we have the ultimate choice. It's just a shame greed means you make that choice irrespective if you can afford it or not.
