Due to forecasted low temperatures, FLSD will be closed tomorrow, Jan 23, 2026.
In addition, the Girls BB game start times have changed. The JV game will start at 3:30pm. The Varsity game vs Keystone will begin at 5pm.
Also, all Sunday events on January 25th have been canceled.

OHIO TURNPIKE ISSUES WEATHER EVENT TRAVEL RESTRICTION FOR CERTAIN TRUCKS

The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission has issued a Weather Event Travel Restriction across the entire 241-mile toll road for some high-profile vehicles, which may be more affected by high wind speeds, from 12:01 a.m. ET on Monday, Dec. 29, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, Dec. 29, 2025.

When a Weather Event Travel Restriction is placed into effect, the Ohio Turnpike remains OPEN for all passenger vehicles and most commercial vehicles.

Due to hazardous road conditions caused by ice and snow build up, the Lorain County Sheriff is declaring a Level 1 emergency.
Travel safely this evening. Roads may be slick in spots-slow down and be safely.
