Always try to link the logo to the business. In this case I incorporated the T and N of TechNow together however normally it should be a feeling.

Using a grid is a great and easy way to refine and develop your logo ideas.

Here I designed a logo for a clothing brand. I initially made some rough shapes in a layout that I thought would work. Then using rulers and a grid I refined it.
