@wordi25 Try rewarding urself with eating something v special to u (in case u havent don yet). I began with small goals like training 5 mins/day, 4 days/wk. Whole body (yes legs too). For motivation on the tough day, I'd hav a choco-cranberry protein bar (my fav). Consistent since 1.5 yrs
