The #LACoFD international USAR team, known as USA-2, has been activated by the @StateDept to respond to Venezuela in the wake of the earthquakes that hit the country’s center.  

The USA-2 team departed this evening. USA-2 is comprised of 71 members, 6 canine teams & includes 84,000 pounds of equipment. USA-2 joins the @VATF1 to provide search, rescue & recovery assistance. 

Our thoughts are with all those impacted by these devastating earthquakes & we wish all the responding first responders safe travels as they assist during this time of great need.

he cant be forced out

and he cant be liquidated

if we need to see saylor sacrificed for $btc to move up then we have years of pain ahead of us

even at this btc price strategy has over $50 billion in assets and only $8 billion in debt / pref obligations

this said, i do believe saylor has to go for btc to move to aths

but if that is what has to happen, we are not close to a resolution at all

there is a lot more pain to come

btc will have to go to ~$10k

saylor will need to be put in a position where he is forced to actively sell btc to pay dividends

and btc would also need to be dropping so fast he is running out of time

and most importantly he would need to be locked out of capital markets completely

i.e. he would need to be unable to raise any money anymore through any type of instrument

he would have to give up and unwind it all

but only he can do that, there is no scenario of him getting 'liquidated'

but yeah i do actually think all of the above has to happen

strap in for a long ride, it seems the universe is demanding the sacrifice of saylor's ponzi schemes before bitcoin can move up again

bitcoin will come back stronger than ever one day

but it must be without michael saylor
