@jswinning @British_Airways the best part is discovering this morning that BA955 actually left MUC and landed at LHR at 23:36 after telling us flight is cancelled because it would be unable to land.
@British_Airways So after the complete shambles last night of taking us to the plane then returning us to the terminal and leaving us to our own devices (the only two handling agents being unable to help in any way) , it turns out BA955 *did* in fact return to LHR without pax?
