This applies to every eastern languages including Korean, Japanese, Simplified/Traditional Chinese.

@Montana_Pokemon Previous seasons (at least in Europe) allowed the change if it was called before R1.

However it started being abused by players to make last minute changes to their team and it's not longer allowed
