@Isaac6946@JWB1804@TheFieldOf68@RobDauster@GoodmanHoops He also was a top 35 recruit on one of the most loaded freshmen classes ever. TBH I think Pope simply overcommitted to the redshirt, but rumors were he sustained a minor injury during the season so they just took it overly easy though we could’ve used him imo
@JWB1804@Isaac6946@TheFieldOf68@RobDauster@GoodmanHoops Louisville has Montgomery and Ekezie that is it. Kentucky at a minimum has positional depth. You also obviously are ignoring a top 30 recruit in last years class with Hawthorne, and McBride who has Power 5 experience while averaging over 15 a game last year.
@BBN4_L Unfortunately true. The worst part is that people are making the statements while doing a partial research at best into things. Using “vibes” to make definitive statements where there is data that would be more effective and actually have substance.
@BBN4_L Yea people are sleeping on us still. It only takes listening to different people like the Sleepers Media guys downplay our guys outside of Milan and to a lesser extent Moreno.
@DdoubleJBURNER@MilanMomcilovi5@KentuckyMBB Pros and Cons to both. N'Diaye also needs to show how he translates to the College game before too many eggs are put in that basket.
@RepThomasMassie@PCKY40031@WhiteHouse Alright, suppose all U.S. forces immediately move out of the region to include the blockade. How does that solve the issue of Iran now unilaterally controlling the straight and thus gas prices in the region? The only vessels that would get out would be the ones they allow.
@KyleTuckerCBB@TravisBranham_ Kyle, what about Texas actually proves that they will be a top ten team? I know multiple discussions will give the nod to coaches that have proven themselves when talent is similar, but unless I am mistaken, Texas doesn't fully qualify there.
@burnerburnr2026@GetMoTheCloser@pjsaturday63 Now Kentucky's guards and Tennessee's guards both have questions on how they will translate to the SEC, but that is why I am trying to use a metric that avoids personal bias.
@burnerburnr2026@GetMoTheCloser@pjsaturday63 Terrance Hill and Dai Dai, not counting Juke since he is listed as a SF. I actually give Kentucky the edge over Hill and Dai Dai. If we use something more objective such as 247 transfer rankings, Zoom and Wilkins have a higher average rating than Hill and Dai Dai.
@burnerburnr2026@GetMoTheCloser@pjsaturday63 Good catch I threw Arkansas in a group I didn't mean to. Their front court is worse period. I'd give the nod to Smith and Wilkinson right now. Johnson and Goosby? I think it will be closer to even, but that is even in the role that is expected from both teams.
@jaycob1992@WildcatSportsHQ Explain how Texas has proven they should be ranked higher after losing almost every starter. Same for Tennessee, same for Arkansas who still lacks heavily in their frontcourt. Vandy lost alot also but have possibly a top 3 PG in the nation to lead them.
@JaxsonDimes@wthomassports Considering the MLB was recently starting to talk about salary caps also, it’s worth discussing. If not a salary cap though, they should do a team salary cap and allow Agents to find individual NIL deals outside of the school similar to professional athletes.
@burnerburnr2026@GetMoTheCloser@pjsaturday63 Florida? Really? Boogey and Klavzar? Their frontcourt is the best in the country but let’s not get crazy. Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas are not definitively better in the backcourt. Bama being better is solely reliant on Holloway actually playing. Vanderbilt yes with Tanner.
