Sunday football, New England style 🏈
Patriots on. Snacks ready.
Dry January still in play — and honestly, it works.
Proof you don’t need alcohol to enjoy game day. @AthleticBrewing
Let’s go Pats. 🥂🚫🍺

Dry January isn’t about restriction — it’s about awareness. 🧠✨
Even a short break from alcohol can lead to: ✔️ better sleep ✔️ clearer thinking ✔️ improved oral & overall health ✔️ fewer inflammation triggers
Alcohol is a known carcinogen, yet it’s often overlooked in health conversations. Taking 31 days off gives your body (and mind) a chance to reset — and reflect on habits that truly support your long-term health.
Whether you’re alcohol-free curious or fully committed this month, every intentional choice counts. 💙
Cheers to clarity — no alcohol required. 🥂🚫🍷 #DryJanuary #AlcoholAwareness #PublicHealth #OralHealth #HealthyHabits #MindfulDrinking
Alcohol is a Group 1 carcinogen. That hasn’t changed.
What has changed is how openly we’re willing to talk about it—especially in healthcare.
Oral health is often the first place alcohol does harm, yet it’s rarely discussed.
Prevention starts with honest conversations. 🦷🧠
