@MTNNG @MTNNG. Mtn Flyx (ODU) isn't bringing 4G and 5G light on the ODU meaning no network even at Ikoyi.

All I ask is for MTN to process a profile update on the esim so that 4G and 5G network will start working on the e-sim ODU.

@MTN180 @MTNNG Unfortunately, the sim profile refreshing you did changed nothing. Both 4g and 5g lights on the ODU are still not showing. I was at the MTN Plaza at Ikoyi on Monday to show you guys, and was promised that it would be rectified. It's 48 hours since then, and still no improvement.
