Why should we ask students to self-assess sometimes? When they are working online, it is difficult to get a handle on what they understand. This young guy is a perfect example of the why - they will ask for help through self assessment...

This school year is crazy, stressful, & so taxing on my aging brain. Recognitions like this make it better. These students have only known me -REMOTELY- for 5 weeks. One of them nominated me 2 B honored at tonight’s volleyball game 4 the team’s special Teacher Recognition night.
