We've come up with some lettuce-free salad ideas since local farmers are having trouble keeping up with the demand of lettuce due to the Cyclospora outbreak

1. Watermelon, feta, fresh mint
2.Tomato, basil, vinegrette
3.Cucumber, onion, fresh dill

Happy Summerween! Make sure your watermelons are carved BEFORE arriving at Market, then bring them to our Market hub to enter them into the FMO Jack-O-Melon Contest. Winners announced at noon with prizes for our favorite carved melons!
