Day 1 of the 2025 Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational is wrapped up. Over 1,300 athletes representing 77 schools are here. Highlight and scoring in Day, the Women's 4x 800 and improving his school record and finishing 3rd overall in Javelin Ryan Hunter.

This week’s McDonald’s Athlete of the Week: Ryan Hunter! 🏃

Hunter broke his own school record and set a provisional qualifier in the javelin throw as he finished 2nd at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational! He also placed sixth in the 100M and was part of the 4x100M that placed 4th!
