The complacency to let, and I would argue encourage, immunocompromised and otherwise vulnerable people to die can be called nothing else but eugenics.

Especially when it's so preventable, with cheap, simple measures.

Alice Wong had a breathing tube and could not mask.

She also couldn't skip in-person visits due to her conditions.

She would ask doctors to mask, and was told "We don't do that anymore."

She ultimately died of "an infection" while at the hospital while COVID is surging again.
