Word of the Day - Embodied Momentum.
When your mind and body finally align toward a single goal. Discomfort stops being suffering and starts feeling like access.
This is why I run. Why I push my body. It’s a cheat code. I never understood it before.
I’ve tapped into what athletes, soldiers, and monks have always known: the body can be a door to mental clarity and confidence.

Again this is a common white misconception growing in us. What is quality education to you? I went to Kapkoros and Kapsaoos primary schools where education was free scored an A,went to Chewoyet high school a public school in West Pokot scored a strong A ,went to UoN medical school met some of those IGCSE students and those who went to national schools, from there went to many other universities abroad and the story continues. What is not quality about my education? You don’t need to take your kids to these overrated schools where children are taught to tweng and become weetabix material while you pay millions in the name of international school. We were not brought up surviving we were brought up to fight and make our lives better knowing very well you don’t come from a so called privileged home. That’s how tough intelligent human beings are made. Don’t be scared to sire kids because you think you don’t have enough money to take them to an overrated private school.

Kenya’s government should rein in its security forces, ending the abductions of dissidents and prosecuting those responsible for killing protesters. It must also make a visible effort to improve public services, while curbing corruption and excess https://t.co/H1KWtHYXGP

Kenya has grown steadily and sustained a largely peaceful democracy. But now the picture is looking bleak, as people grow discontented and vent their anger in the streets. The country’s leader must change tack https://t.co/0maJ0yXJkT
The president should not stand for re-election in 2027. But unless a strong opposition candidate emerges, there is a grave risk that he will continue to take his country backwards https://t.co/aIV48VA8nZ

I know nuance breaks our brains these days but we need to be serious about this "forecast." Africa will not simply roll over and die without USAID. All this shock-inducing statistical narrative does is reinforce the very American-centrism that led to this mess in the first place
