@JamshedNamirah I agree!! How can we assume a strong LOR from an attending with whom we worked only for 2-3 weeks!! I think the trend should be shifted more towards homecountry LORs. I attached my 2 LORs from my mother institute where I worked for 5 years! I can't have strong LOR other than them
