@AmazonHelp I'd like to escalate this to a complaint at the highest possible level. All I want to do is change bank details to pay the debt on my account. A design fault on your website means I can't due to a lost phone. Who is reimbursing me for the weeks I've lost chasing help at Amazon??

@AmazonHelp I have contacted many different departments and not a single one has been able to simply connect me with the .es customer support team, or support me themselves. This is rediculously poor customer service and is costing me greatly I'm lost earnings.

@AmazonHelp I've done that. I received an automated reply which has a link to the contact page which has a phone number that I can't call without a phone. The other options require I login and enter a security code sent to my phone, which I don't have.

@AmazonHelp We've discussed this. That link gives me a number I can't call as my sim card is still in the mail, and an email address which replies with an automated email and a link to the contract page on https://t.co/Y4AiTVGwzt, which is broken for anyone who needs to confirm their account
