@btbusinesscare day 21 of my business line being down!! It's almost beggars belief that a mistake from the BT side has caused this yet they cannot solve the issue within 3 weeks! A small business has now suffered because of a mistake and inability to act quickly.

@btbusinesscare can someone contact me urgently. My business phone line has been down for 10 days, getting nowhere faults department. 4 managers have said they will call to solve the issue they have not, losing business. Unacceptable levels of customer service.

Pain itself is a relatively poor outcome measure, just because your shoulder is pain-free doesn't mean it's healthy or has the capacity for what you're asking it to do. Get assessed, don't guess.
