@ClevaSoldier When I try to interact with people who already believe that women are all manipulative bitches, my autistic behaviours are not going to be judged completely separately from the assumption they've made about my entire gender.
We also suffer from the blanket statement that all women are superficial bitches that are too hard to befriend. That absolutely does further disadvantage people who are struggling to make genuine or even tolerable human connections while working with atypical social skills.
I find it a little odd that so many neurodivergent women only picture themselves as the person who rightfully can't trust other women, with no awareness that we are also seen as the other women who can't be trusted by other women and judged through that lens by them.

Tetsuya Endo:
“Next up in the tag league is Los Tranquilos de Japon… I think.
There are a lot of Tetsuyas involved—Tetsuya Endo, Tetsuya Naito, and… another Tetsuya.
In fact, this hasn’t been made public, but HAYATA’s first name is actually Tetsuya too.
Four Tetsuyas will gather in Morioka, and that’s where we’ll find out who the strongest Tetsuya is.
So if your name is Tetsuya, come to Morioka on 6/5.”

Sure, whatever. All of our parents have failed us because they didn't spill some Orbitz and take 2026's level of autism awareness and acceptance back to our childhoods.
@kojimawonderlnd That is true in general! This is part of a greater issue where people can't really put different time periods and their norms into any context. Even people who there sometimes. (There's a whole cohort of recently diagnosed people my age who don't remember what the 80s were like.)
@kojimawonderlnd Exactly! Even ten years ago was an entirely different climate. I really don't get the assumption that everything wrt autism is some sort of stable force that has always existed this exact same way.
@slooterman@epballou And there seems to be a big middle of the venn diagram between this lot and the people who insist autistic people are really good at context and need to know all of the information possible before they form an opinion. How does that work?
