Brewing something new and interesting today. Mashing in a big Belgian style Dark Strong Ale right now. Smells amazing. Our interpretation of some classics like Rochefort 10, Chimay Blue, St Bernardus etc. Done a few variations with success before - wish us luck today! 🍻

Brewing this year’s Imperial IPA today 🍻 Eddy 2020 has a theme... 20 bags of malt, 20 different hop additions, 20 litres yeast... unfortunately will only come in just over 10% ABV and not 20, but at least it’ll be something good to come from 2020 ✊🍻 Brewery smells amazing...
