Are you surprised why left-wing activists always escalate to riots, obstruction, and political violence.
It’s not confusing. Listen to what @Asmongold called out back in the Alex Pretti case.
If you spend years telling people that Trump is literally Hitler, a fascist dictator, a rapist, a pedophile, a racist, an Islamophobe, and an existential threat to democracy, then eventually some unstable and ideologically captured people are going to conclude that stopping him by any means is morally justified like that cretin at WHCD.
That is the point.
If someone genuinely believes they are living under authoritarian evil, then violence starts to feel like self-defense. It starts to feel righteous. It starts to feel necessary.
That is why these people are so visceral.
They are not operating from normal political disagreement. They are operating from moral panic, identity grievance, propaganda, and a completely broken perception of reality that has been reinforced for years by activist media, social media algorithms, influencers, and partisan institutions.
And once someone is that far gone, you usually cannot talk them out of it with facts, because facts are being filtered through a false worldview that already labels dissent as complicity.
So no, this is not random.
If you build a culture around demonization, apocalyptic rhetoric, and the idea that your political opponents are literal monsters, then you are building a permission structure for violence.
And then when violence happens, the same people who helped create that narrative act shocked.
Enough.
You do not get to spend a decade manufacturing hysteria and then pretend you had nothing to do with the people who take it seriously.
That is how propaganda works.
That is how political fanaticism works.
And that is exactly how a movement talks itself into believing aggression is actually virtue.
A guy wearing a t-shirt pointing a gun at @elonmusk is yet another example of the left normalizing violence against their political opponents.
The guy goes by @RedMeansRecording https://t.co/4rYy1w52gF
It's actually a deranged meme:

@nick_matau he is his worst enemy. he commits more un-forced errors than any politician in american history. like he made jimmy kimmel a free speech martyr in the midst of charlie kirk's assassination.
