Dear @shadowfax_in Your delivery agent Vinod Kumar (+91 8765507807) miss call me every night between 10:30PM & 11:00PM. I call back him, I asked him why he miss call me every night if he don’t want to pickup my parcel.
(We all know he do miss call me so that he can show that he try to contact me but clearly he is doing it since last many days and disturb me every night)
He threatened me and my family member that he will come into my house and beat us.
This is unacceptable and getting out of hands. If Shadowfax team don’t take immediate action, I am going to take legal action against this guy and your company very soon.

@ashish_sunkari No, it’s not. Delhivery is relying on the data you give to them. It’s Ather backend glitch that might have set my another address as primary despite me giving a different shipping address while I make the order. I hope they will rectify and fix it soon.
Hi @atherenergy , I ordered TPMS from your website. The Shipping address clearly says the pincode 560066 which is Bangalore. Why are you delivering it to Varanasi?

Same problem every next day, fluctuating voltage.
