My 13year old younger sister started her period yesternight, we literally had to force her to wear a pad lol. Fast-forward to when she was about to sleep, she removed the pad gave it to my mum and I quote "hold it for me, I can't sleep with that on. I'll continue tomorrow" 😂😂

What do you eat when ill?
Been treating malaria+colds and have very little appetite, + nursing full time. I feel very hungry but no appetite. Even peppersoup is not working.
