Unfortunately, Due to lawsuit filed by toxic note holder to supersede current NV Injunction & time restraints communicated directly from the SEC, management has made the determination that $FONU (FONU2 inc.) WILL NOT be a viable entity to move our projects forward.

For many months management has been working diligently through the courts to Eliminate Past Toxic Notes.

A court injunction continues to allow the remaining claims to be negotiated and Hopefully make $FONU a Viable Entity for the shareholders & future endeavors.
