Anyway, the reformers have conflated a corrupt hierarchical system, the catholic church, and attacked the entire church.

It's not Mary Worship its intersession Mary prays for you. Just as when you ask a friend to pray for you or a friend offers prayer for you. Since Mary has gone home to be with the Lord, she is incorruptible. Just as if any of us are saved you will be made incorruptible.
