@IKEAUK Been waiting for the missing items to turn up so I knew how many were going to be broken. The last package just arrived like this! Will get in touch once I know exactly how many damage shelves we have. I assume I'll be able to go in store to pick up replacements?

Tonight been putting the shelves in they did give us (left with a neighbour hence we couldn't check) boxes were a right mess and half of the shelves front ends dented. I hoped they'd look ok so we didn't have to fuss more, but this isn't right is it? @IKEAUK #DPD

@jet2tweets Maybe you need to rethink your cabin baggage policy. Already 2hrs delayed, we're now another 55mins delayed because boarding took so long and bags needed to go into.the hold because of lack of space! LS834
