I laugh at moments like these because while Huijsen is still obviously talented(quality doesn't just disappear) but when Madrid signed him you'd think they won the race to make the first nuclear bomb.
The problem here is considering Olmo as on the same level as Fermin when one fundamentally doesn't contribute as much(and never has in his entire career).
Gordon and Adeyemi is the same as the Olmo and Fermin dynamics, one is definitely better than the other but they are both seen to be the same level because the less technical one is hungrier and more determined
Good players are good everywhere
Fullbacks are some of the most overrated and least important players on a pitch. Especially considering most of them usually have limited skillsets and roles.

@theshy08746434 Can't say honestly until the sample size is right.
This is one of those seasons where we don't know where anybody will finish really.
That defense could put them in midtable.
Mostly because he isn't a striker
Plus you generally want the guy playing behind the striker to be a better passer, crosser, dribbler, carrier e.t.c. Think KDB, Bruno(ร even but I'm not his biggest fan)
Still have respect for him TBF. High va
@EthanFromOnline I feel like Havertz wouldn't be such a big talking point if
A)He wasn't forced into lineups(especially in midfield)
B)He wasn't such a big financial choice
C) They had signed a high value forward
We live in world with Arsenal and United having better midfields than City. In addition to Assna having the best defense and UTD and Pool still having considerable attacking might. The funny part in all this is Chelsea have spent more than all 4 and are still the weakest
Odegaard, Declan Rice and MLS as your starting midfield, and then you can bring off Bruno G, Zubimendi and Eze off the bench to maintain the floor. Just insane.
Ferran was bought for 60m and given 6months of free lineup presence. He wasn't sufficiently convincing.
For the next two seasons he always looked better as a sub than a starter.
Flick eventually made him a starter(especially with Lewa aging) and he still wasn't convincing.
i don't understand why ferran seems bitter about his situation with barรงa when flick tried multiple times to make him a starter and he just wouldn't perform.....their lack of faith in him is purely his own fault
