Burst pipe in gents toilet in Plean Country Park this evening probably due to cold weather. Has been reported now but will probably mean toilet block will be closed for a few days. We will update you as we get info from Stirling Council.

EVENT CANCELLED> In case we have missed anyone, volunteer event tomorrow at Plean Country Park has been postponed . Now Saturday 13th January.

Saturday 2nd Dec 9am. Join Rangers Service and Friends of Plean Country Park, who are providing a free hot lunch for all volunteers at the Rhodie bash, with all of the usual refreshments , biccies, AND mince pies thanks to funding from Volunteering Matters / Action Earth Grant

Have spent a great couple of days at the Community Woodland Association annual conference at Westerwood Hotel Cumbernauld.

Funded by HLH Stories Stones and Bones package we are holding two public events to gather information to use in a new heritage trail.

On 2nd October for 2 weeks work takes place on the south drive from the house down to Glen Road. For your safety please observe signage.

AUTUMN AND WINTER CLOSING TIMES From Friday 29th September the park gates will be locked at 7pm.

The finger posts around the park have also been replaced to advise users of new features like the play area and trim trail.

Contractors carrying out drainage /resurfacing works in the park . Please follow safety signs.

New noticeboard. Area not quite finished as seating still to be installed.
