The Nigerian Solana ecosystem opened new opportunities for builders with our participation in the TXODDS $50,000 World Cup Hackathon, and brought together community members across the country for the Solana ecosystem call. Also, new products launched, contributors earned recognition through ecosystem programmes, and founders continued shipping tools that strengthen Solana's presence in Nigeria.

– We announced our participation in the TXODDS $50,000 World Cup Hackathon, giving builders the opportunity to compete by building World Cup-powered applications on Solana across prediction markets, trading agents, and consumer experiences.
– $SNDK is now live on @Nectar_finance, allowing users to trade with Naira or stablecoins.

📰 Launches & Ecosystem

– @fossapay unveiled its new brand identity, marking a new phase of growth and a renewed commitment to building simpler financial experiences.
– Solvent by @kryptdou_, a SuperteamNG member, earned Spotlight #3 in the @acedatacloud category of the Autonomous Agent Bounty with @OOBEonSol on @SuperteamEarn.
– @OkohEbina released a new episode of Devs at a Bar with @clairefxyz, exploring what compiler engineers actually do, the future of sBPF and Solana tooling, and lessons from a decade of building compilers.
– @Princeadxisrael built a local prototype for Solana's Subscription Program, demonstrating verifiable on-chain subscriptions with runtime-enforced spending limits and immutable subscription terms.

– We hosted the Solana Ecosystem Call across 30 states nationwide, bringing together community members from Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Abuja, Gombe, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, and Rivers.
– Winners of the Solana Summit Animation Bounty were announced:
