On 6th Aug 2025, Axis Bank Gurugram (Global Foyer Mall, Sec-43) mis-sold me an insurance policy with false promises, forced account opening & hidden charges.

Here’s the worst part 👇

If my policy was live since 6th Aug, my fund value would have already grown with NAV (High Growth Fund, Discovery, Flexi Cap, Momentum 50 etc. all up).

Instead → Policy not live, units not allocated.
👉 Opportunity Loss = direct financial damage.

BUT they forced me to sign a false letter: “cancelling due to personal reason.”

Till today → No new policy issued!

my set-top box has been non-functional since March 9 (Service Request No. 139299492). Despite multiple complaints and a call to 198 at 9:23 AM today, where I was promised resolution within 4 hours, no technician has visited yet.

I reside in Gurugram, just 4 km from Airtel's corporate office, and I pay over ₹3,000 monthly for 2 Wi-Fi connections, 4 postpaid numbers, and 1 DTH. The delay in resolving my issue feels like harassment. Please address this matter urgently.
