@LVGICareers was promised a call back after being told the only way to stop my home insurance tripling would be TO NOT CLAIM FOR AN INSURED NECKLACE. Pay over a decade to insure, but penalised for claiming. No call to discuss, still no idea what happened to claim. A call please?
@Roblox I have been on to you customer support. They see my daughters credit but we can’t. Over a month. How do I escalate this. Sane response which has not helped. Very poor customer service. Awful treatment of your customer. Please advise how this can be resolved
.@Roblox my 8 year old saved and got Robux gift card. Your customer service says it was added correctly. This was two weeks ago. She can’t see her hard earned Robux on her account. Your customer service has been awful and send the SAME MESSAGE every time. She deserves her Robux!
