Keeping you updated on funding opportunities - the newest one is the FY25 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program thru the BJA.
The program provides flexible funding that can be used for support for investigative technologies and forensic analysis.

On this day in 1932, the FBI opened its first crime lab in a single room with one examiner and a borrowed microscope. 90+ years later, it's become one of the largest and most advanced forensic labs in the world, processing hundreds of thousands of evidence items each year.
