AKA cactus fungus. It is not common and I can find no reference in Arkansas. Good picture. I have not seen this one. It is an ascomycete.
@AgWriterArk Cindy loves cardinals. We have a large Christmas tree that has nothing but various cardinal ornaments. Of course there are various pictures and what nots with them.we look for various pictures and appreciate them.
