Seven years ago today, rain washed out Forest v Reading at the City Ground.

The useful part came afterwards: around 3,000 food parcels prepared for the match were donated to Framework and other local causes.

Two years ago today, Chris Wood’s low shot slipped through Dean Henderson and gave Forest a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Five years ago today, Forest trailed at Bristol City as the clock reached 90 minutes.

Lyle Taylor scored a penalty in 90+1, then found the winner in 90+2.

Two goals in two added-time minutes. A fairly ridiculous way to win.

Four years ago today, Forest took a point at Brighton despite spending most of the evening without the ball.

The 0-0 was Forest’s first away top-flight clean sheet since February 1999. Not glamorous, but they weren’t in a position to be choosy.

Ben Watson loves a 56th-minute winner at The City Ground! 🙌

It was a case of déjà vu as Ben Watson's 56th-minute strike gave #NFFC a 1-0 win over Brentford this afternoon.
