Sandersville City council has a portion of their meeting after the agenda items were discussed to speak on the @CleanSpark_Inc data center news.

A couple of stats were shared:

✅ Closed loop system

✅ 300K gallon one time fill up (equivalent to ~11 swimming pools)

✅ 6” water line is already run through the property

✅ $25-$35M to run the electrical hardware from the substation to the new property

✅ Battery backups will be used at the data center and not generators

✅ Industrial grade propylene glycol is going to be used in the heat exchangers (safer than car antifreeze)

✅ Will employ 50-100 local jobs with average pay around $100k annually

✅ Providing $36.6M in annual taxes to the city.
