Not every butter is good butter.Always look out for grass fed butter.Kerrygold is good option.
Replace whatever you use margarine for with butter.
Fry your eggs or sauté your veggies with butter instead of seed oils.
Seed oil is a whole different conversation.

Is it just me or the older you get the fewer your friends?Your "friends" are people who usually happen to be in your circle ; school, neighbourhood, church.. Your circle get smaller as you move from all these places till like me, you have to be intentional to make true friends...

which is quite difficult as you grow. You're no longer that naive ever trusting child. You know too much to easily get close to people. I admire people who have been able to maintain close friendships.Don't be like me, it really gets very lonely. Take steps to maintain true ones.
