~ treat yourself once in a while :)

~ stay away from things that can irritate/ harm your skin
~ exercise regularly ( exercising can increase circulation, brings nutrients
~ exfoliate weekly
~ wash properly ( very inportant! )
~ moisturize very often / everyday
~ shave properly
~ ( if you wear makeup) keep makeup brushes clean / wash them often
