@RealKyleHunt @mattttttyboh And if you don’t like being a tenant and think you’re being shafted then buy a house and gain your own equity. I’ve seen landlords go through shit with moving tenants out It can become very costly. And not having a tenant for months at a time and still paying a mortgage.

@RealKyleHunt @mattttttyboh If the landlord is using a realtor or property management then they are using market value pricing. When buying the house has to go through an appraisal approved by the bank. I don’t really see the problem with having an investment property.
